I found some aspects of my stay disappointing. The soundproofing was not good, so the room was noisy. It was a problem because I need silence to sleep. The breakfast included many typical items. I would have appreciated more options for those who don't eat savory foods at breakfast.

The location was perfect! i could easily walk to all the major attractions and the tram station was just around the corner. the staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests i had.

the soundproofing in the room wasn't great. i could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms.

The room was far from super clean. I noticed considerable dirt and grime. The room's doors were warped too. Breakfast lacked variety. It was the same selection every day. I was expecting much more from a four-star hotel!!!

The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Aykut and Gokhan. They offered great assistance. My room had nice amenities, including complimentary water replenished daily. Housekeeping kept everything clean, even when I left a bit of a mess. Breakfast was also quite good.

The room felt quite cramped. i booked a superior double or twin room. it barely allowed any space to move around the bed. the breakfast lacked variety as well. I expected more from a hotel of this standard. the staff however were very polite, but some improvements are necessary.
